I run my thumb over the back of Edward's hand. This hand I've held a thousand times. I've prayed so much since Georgia linked me that I'm sure the goddess is sick of hearing from me, but I need him to wake up. I need him to live. It's been two days since Seth broke the pack bond. I'm so angry with him. How dare he do this to the man that, despite his mistakes, loved him?
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that the boy that I raised would become so heartless. Edward was wrong, but Seth chose to follow his advice.
