“You love me,” I could see that Cheryl tried and failed to hold back the scoff at what I just told her. I am disappointed that she doesn’t believe me, but I will not give up. I had begged them to allow me to talk to her alone, I didn’t expect them to, not after how I behaved when the bloodsucker told me that I had lost her.
