Roman took a deep breath and relaxed back in his chair. "This is fantastic, Kelly. Really fantastic. Now the first thing I want you to do is take a couple of days off. With pay, of course."
"Really? Just for doing my job?"
"Well, you've done that and so much more, and I want you to know how valued you are. And as soon as we can work it out, I want to get you out of that cubicle and into a real office like you deserve. For that matter, I think you should come to Japan. It would be a big help to have you there."
