I awoke sometime later. Maybe a few minutes or perhaps several hours. My vision was spinning. My stomach unsettled. . I felt around the sheets and instantly became aware that I was naked. Kinda odd to me, but then again, I always sleep in the buff. What was odd was that I've not a clue why I awoke. That was until I realized I wasn't alone.
I could barely make out Lilly's silhouette from the doorway. The light wrapped around her naked body as I tried to sit up.
"Lilly, Honey, is that you?" I asked. I knew it was. Even though my other senses were dwindling, I still could recognize her scent.
"It's me," she said softly as she made her way closer.
"Baby, what are you doing here? It's the middle of the night."
"I know." she inched closer.
"Lilly..."
"Please Dad. Don't send me away," she
