I was over the moon. The party was finally over and we were back home with the children sound asleep. The twins were absolutely exhausted because Ardent's relatives took turns holding them all night. They were obsessed with the babies since there are so few infants in the Clementine family right now. Some relatives live abroad and couldn't make it because Grandpa scheduled the event so suddenly, but they still sent some cash for the twins.
Precious received a ton of gifts and cash too, which she proudly showed off to us earlier. she kept saying she was rich now. The guests found her hilarious and loved how energetic she was. If she hadn't been so sleepy when we got back, she probably would’ve stayed up to help me open my presents.
