Sera tells me that she later overheard that Kestrel was poisoned and the doctors are trying so hard to remove the poison from her bloodstream. Someone must have entered and poisoned the drip or injected her with something.
"f**k, f*****g f**k!" I curse, my hands clenching into fists. "What the hell is going on? Just why now?"
I drag her alongside me as she keeps explaining, her voice shaking with fear. "The worst thing that happened," she continues, "was Victoria who had visited, the Alpha's daughter who has played such a big role in the school was found dead on her way to class."
I'm terrified at this news because that's the biggest irony I've ever heard. Victoria is dead? The same Victoria who's been tormenting Kestrel for months?
