Knowing that man was on his way to my pack was stirring up all sorts of emotions right now. Mainly hatred and my wanting to kill something. I was ready for this fight if he was going to bring it to us.
I know that my father didn’t know the whole story, but his unwillingness to accept the fact that he’s not Alpha anymore is what has put us in this position.
I wanted to know what I was up against and I was going to wait at the main border crossing for this son of a b***h. I was going to talk to him myself and make sure that he knew exactly what he was up against.
I didn’t have all of my warriors out on patrol, but he would also know that. There are always ones on reserve so I was going to let him see a show of strength but not our whole strength. Not unless necessary.
