I went upstairs and I got changed into a purple and white sports top, matching track pants, socks and sand shoes. I went down to the gym and I spent an hour doing cardio and an hour on some light weights. I then did an hour training in my warrior mode with martial arts moves in front of the mirror. After that I went to the kitchen and I got a quick small breakfast for myself and then I started scrubbing every inch of the kitchen and the dining room and the living room. I then did the floors of those rooms as well. I was still really wound up after that so I moved on to the office and tidied the desk up, cleaned the floor and the coffee table.
