Kota, certain her face was as bright red as it felt, slowly turned to look away from her brother. The fact he wasn't blushing and she was, confused her.
"Um, I have homework," Kota whispered, "Tomorrow Dean's going to be here for a couple hours around two. Can you not bother us, please?"
"Sure, Kota. I'll let you and Dean get your biology on in peace."
Kota picked up her dishes and took them to the kitchen, then headed for her bedroom, but stopped before leaving the kitchen.
