Having Uncle Simon and Tandy here helped keep me grounded, or I would have been a mess if it were just Fixer and me.
They talked me through everything, and then went to the kitchen, and we played happy families, as if everything was normal, and in a way it was.
It made me realize that, regardless of what was going on in my life, the world doesn't stop because I am hurting.
