Watching Sienna’s sentencing live on my home television, I cursed as the sentence was given.
I didn’t particularly care about Sienna or her life, but her being in prison made things more difficult for me. I had one less minion at my disposal, someone to manipulate into doing what I wanted. With Ethan no longer answering my calls, and Victoria too busy having my brother’s babies, my allies were few and far between.
Perhaps Ethan had been right when he said from now on, I had to do my own dirty work.
Without anyone to rely on, I was truly on my own.
