Damien’s POV I trained Amelia daily, both in the early mornings before work and when I returned after work in the evenings. At the start, we mostly practiced shifting and going for runs – staying in charge of the wolf. Amelia gained more command over the wild with each shift, and never lost herself again. In fact, she was moving forward by leaps and bounds, quickly learning everything I showed her, especially once we started the actual sparing and fighting. She took each of my lessons to heart.
