Amelia reached forward and took the potion bottle from my hands. Hope rose in my heart, knowing she would soon drink it and all of this dread would be over with – at least for now.
So far Amelia still didn’t understand that her dreams hadn’t been fantasy, but were in fact, her memories from the past. If that were to change and if she were to start to suspect me, then everything in my life would change for the worst.
I personally needed her to stop looking into things, to stop remembering things.
I’d crafted this potion out of the notes Jeffery had made. When he was in the bathroom, I had quickly took a picture of the forgetting potion formula and then hastily made it when he wasn’t looking.
