The guest cottage was in its final design phase and I wanted everything locked before the contractor started on the exterior.
I had the updated drawings spread across my desk and was working through the last few decisions when Cora knocked and came in with the revised specs from Peter.
"He said the lighting placement question is answered in there," she said. "Third page."
I flipped to it.
She was right. The placement worked better than the original option I had flagged and the adjustment was minor enough that it wouldn't affect anything else in the sequence. I made a note and closed the folder.
"Tell him it's approved," I said.
Cora nodded and stepped back out.
