A small, dark brown wolf followed Eudora’s scent through the trees all the way to the small spring. Seeing Eudora curled up in the dirt, she hurriedly changed back into her human form and pulled on the dress she’d been carrying in her mouth to cover her nakedness. “Oh my Goddess, are you all right, sweetheart? Why are you sleeping in the dirt?” Eudora yawned and eyed her mother-in-law warily. “I don’t know — nothing is wrong, I just felt really sleepy.” “Oh.” Sylvia plopped down next to her. “You ran off, and you were gone so long — I was worried.
