I took the photograph from Sebastian and studied it. Adrian looked younger than him, but I could see the connection now that I knew they were brothers. His hair was dark, and there was something about his eyes that reminded me of Sebastian. Seeing him made everything we'd learned feel more real.
"Who left this here?"
Priya looked at one of the security officers.
"They're checking the cameras now."
Sebastian picked up Marcus's phone but didn't turn it on.
"Nobody touches this until IT has it."
The officer took the phone and placed it inside an evidence bag before leaving the office.
I turned the photograph over again.
There was nothing besides Adrian's name.
"Why leave his picture?"
Sebastian looked at me.
"Someone wanted me to know who he was."
"But you already know."
