NARRATIVE POV Constance Roberts entered the bedroom without awaiting permission. She knew about Tia Henry’s notorious reputation. Despite her mate, Franklin, pushing her to leave Miles alone and figure his own path out, she refused to allow another one of the horrible Henry daughters to sink her teeth into her grieving son. She knew Miles had a crush on Tia Henry, if that's what you’d even call it, but Constance refused to allow this to grow into anything more than what it should remain. Nothing more than a passing fancy. Constance stepped into the room and saw Miles's proximity to the viper, and relief filled her. She was relieved that she decided to walk in at that particular moment. If she had been a second delayed, who knows what might have happened? The Henry women too easily misle
