Head Councilman Aven arrived in the secluded VIP room of the nightclub five minutes before the scheduled time. He disliked places like these nightclubs for private meetings, but this was the best way to ensure that there were no leaks, like the ones he worried about, within the Council's supposedly secure walls.
He had too much on his plate, but after receiving the latest update and seeing what was now piling up as evidence, Aven needed to reach out to the one person who could intervene and handle at least one of the loose ends within the snowballing matter at hand.
Winston Burns needed to be found and brought under control. He has breached multiple legal contracts, including a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Council. He went out of his way, ignored the warnings
