“Yeah?” I growled into the cellphone.
“It’s me. I don’t have long to talk, but I needed to let you know that I can no longer delay any further. The Council is reportedly moving in on the Ravens’ Peak pack in seventy-two hours, and the Royals are demanding the serum because they believe that Delta Allan Price is your only mole and is injected with this steroid-like substance. To my knowledge, they don’t know about anything else. I am to have the serum completed by the time the Council's warriors are ready to march out. Now would be your time if you’re going to make a move.”
“Alright. Give me the seventy-two hours.” With that, I hung up the call and moved to the window.
