Liam picked up his phone and made the call. Within minutes there was a knock at the door. Mark and Alex entered the suite looking all professional.
Mark was confident and intimidating while Alex had a sharp tongue and intense eyes. Both were my direct reports and senior bosses in the company.
"Come in gentlemen" Liam said. "We are conducting Sarah's 360 degree review. She has some interesting insights from the conference. Sarah, why don’t you share what you learned about leadership and performance."
