Stone’s face paled, the reality of Azriel’s words sinking in like a cold, hard truth. The chains around his wrists seemed heavier now, the walls of the cell closing in on him. “I deserve a trial! You can’t abuse your power, or you will be a hypocrite.” Azriel started to laugh, “You deserve nothing, and you are not in charge. And your little reverse psychology trick will not work on me. Enjoy your stay in the Stormheart Pack’s dungeon," he said over his shoulder, his voice laced with finality. "It’s the last home you’ll ever know."
