"What are you waiting for?" Maris asked, eying me.
"Huh?" I muttered. "What are you talking about?"
"Oh goodness! Does the poor guard have to repeat himself? The man said that Brandon wants to see you. I expect you to start hurrying," She said, a wide smile on her face.
"That's weird. Weren't you the one who was seemingly upset with Brandon?" I asked, looking surprised.
"Forget about that for now, and hurry to him! Fast," She said, pushing me away.
"Oh goodness," I said, and rolled my eyes. "Fine. Let's go," I told the guard after turning to him.
