After calming his future mate, Alpha Zack went to the hospital his contacts had mentioned.
Unfortunately, as soon as he approached the medical unit, he was stopped by a well-dressed man in a black suit.
"Alpha Zack, are you here to visit someone?" the man asked, his posture subtly shifting to block the entrance.
Alpha Zack studied the man's professional stance. "You're one of Yardley Wolfe's people, aren't you?"
Louis gave a polite but firm smile. "I'm sorry, but visiting hours are over for this wing."
"I'm here to check on someone important," Alpha Zack said, his wolf growing restless.
But Louis remained firmly in Alpha Zack's path. "I'm sorry, but the medical staff has informed all non-family members that visits are prohibited today."
