  Elara   I watched as the medical team Dominic had flown in from overseas finished their morning consultation. Their expertise brought hope I desperately needed.   "Your grandmother still has a good chance of waking up," the lead doctor explained calmly. "We'll start with brain recovery drugs, plus physical therapy, oxygen treatment, and exercises."   The doctor leaned forward. "The first three months are key. Our best shot. If she doesn't wake up then, her chances drop a lot."   "Talk to her every day," he continued.
