After work, I decided to do some shopping. I still needed a few accessories for the upcoming wedding.
"Excuse me, could I see those earrings, please?" I asked, pointing to a delicate pair in the display case.
"Of course, ma'am," the sales associate replied politely.
The associate kept praising them. "Ma'am, these teardrop earrings would suit you perfectly. They'd work for any occasion. Would you like to buy a pair?"
"I think these would suit you better," came a familiar voice. Nancy pointed to another pair of earrings on the display tray.
"Nancy?" I was surprised. "What a coincidence seeing you here."
