Sharon and Mattie returned to the pack. They were trying to avoid everyone. So, they go straight to their packhouse, but Patsy is coming out.
Both women jump and put their hands on their chests.
Patsy looked at them weirdly. “My mate and Chad were looking for you two. Where have you been? The better question is, what the hell have you done? Because you two look like two cats that have swollen a lot of damn canaries.”
Mattie looks at Patsy with her eyes bulging, and she elbows Sharon.
