Piper, Christos, and Christian arrive home. Piper walks into the den looking for Apple and her mates. Her mother tells her they are in Apple’s bedroom but should be down any minute because Apple has another training session soon. Piper asks her mother if she has met JT and TJ. If so, what is her impression of the brothers?
Talmai looks at Christian, and Christos is talking to Nolan and Chad in the hallway. “I don’t think they were honest with Apple. I feel they did it for a good reason. Even if I don’t believe in lying.” She looks at her daughter. “What have youbeen so occupied with?”
“One of the men who is very persistent in purchasing the winery. I have seen him before. If memory serves me correctly, it was at the hospital. Speaking of the hospital, I’ll return to work on Monday.“ Pip
