I nodded my head and went to the kitchen to grab a clean tumbler. I had gotten the stuff that I needed and had started to make my own tumblers to go along with my books. So I grabbed a tumbler from the last book that I had come out and filled it up with ice and Dr Pepper. I was going to need the caffeine to get through the day.
When I was ready, we headed out to the porch. "Ok, are we all ready to go? I called the chief of police and let him know what happened. He's heading to the clubhouse with a squad so that they can get Midnight to the hospital. And he wants to check out the area where the explosion was at" my dad said.
