When we were done at the police station, we loaded up and headed back to the hospital. Angus and his guys would meet us there and then follow us to the compound. I was glad that they were finally here. Now we could go after those mother fuckers and finally put a stop to their bullshit.
When we got to the hospital, we headed up to the floor that Midnight was on. I was ready to see if he was awake yet and see how he was feeling. When we got to his floor, no one was in the waiting room, so we headed back to his room after the nurse told us the number.
I knocked on the door and then stepped inside. Storm, Ro, and Luna were in here talking to Midnight, and Pixie was curled up on the bed with him, asleep. Storm was now in clean clothes and looked like he had taken a shower.
