Massimo huffed. "We're not getting the cops involved," he said firmly. "I know that prosecutor is your friend and all, but I'm not—"
"It's not that," Elena interrupted.
Massimo paused for a moment. Then he raised his hand and gestured for Elena to continue.
Elena takes a deep breath. This suggestion is a little out of her own comfort zone, but she wants to make sure Massimo has thought of all his possible options.
"We could call a meeting of all the mafia dons and get them involved," Elena slowly states, "just like how Tyler did back on that cruise. They were the ones who declared then that Tyler couldn't be in New York—and we know have irrefutable proof that Tyler broke the rules of that punishment."
