Taj and Niam were sitting across from Alaric's desk, staring at him. Alsric has been on a rampage about Samuel; he wants him to make a move so that he can kill him. Niam tells him to calm down; Samuel will attack soon or do something more stupid.
Alaric taps his desk, staring at his cell phone. He's calling Mikkos, asking if he has confirmed that the people who are camping close to the palace are Samuel. Mikkos said he wouldn't, but he's planning to find out. Alaric said he would like to go with whoever goes there. Mikkos tells him they'll meet this evening if he's availalbe after dinner. Aleric said he'll be there. He was about to end the call when Mikkos continued talking. Alaric only said "oh, really and damn before the call ended.
