Brandon had wanted to know more about Calvin and his family. But as soon as Calvin mentioned the mole, he received a phone call from his bar's manager. Something had happened at the bar and needed Calvin's attention. Calvin told him that the next time they met, he would tell him about his family, and he also wanted some answers. He didn't know that after Calvin left the diner, Calvin watched him through the window for a few minutes before he left.
