Aiden picked me up as soon as he saw my text. He took me home and I got cleaned up. I was worried about the way I felt good about my mother’s death but it had to be done.
Katie stopped by the house to drop off my car and necklace before I even arrived. She sent me a text saying I should call her the next day.
