I got into Liam’s truck and we headed towards the hospital. “You know, with my mom coming in to take care of me, Mel said she wants to make and decorate a cake.”I said to him.
“That’s the hospital kid?” Liam asked.
“Yeah, I guess when her mom stays with her at the hospital she watches those baking competitions on the food network. So Mel thinks it’s cool.” I told him.
“Your mom can make a cake like that? I saw those cakes, they are amazing but outrageous too.” Liam said.
“Yeah, not that extreme but my mom knows how to decorate cakes.” I told Liam.
