Sliding to a halt in front of the small opening, I don’t waste a second getting down on my knees, as I try and press my shoulders through the opening. I wasn’t a large girl by no means, but right now, I was feeling like a giant, as this opening wasn’t meant for someone my size. But as I twisted and pushed my way forward, some of the branches gave loose, allowing the opening to expand just enough for my upper half to fit through.
I was just about to allow myself to feel relieved as I began to pull my legs forward, knowing that there was no way in hell the rogue Alpha would be able to fit.
