Chance’s POV
Out of nowhere, a second goddamn grizzly appeared, and I knew if I made a move on the one, the other one would automatically attack Cash right on the spot. With the injuries he had sustained, I knew there was no way in hell he would be able to fight off the attack himself.
Plus, I wasn’t a god, and I knew there was no way in hell that I could take on two full ass grown grizzlies on my own, at once. But as I stood there trying to come up with a quick plan to save the both of us, a familiar wolf appeared out of nowhere, sailing in the air, right off a small bluff, straight towards the second grizzly.
As I heard him say with urgency through our mind link, “Cash get down!” I knew I needed to swing into action myself with the grizzly standing between Cash and myself.
