“Well, I'll be damned. Little Nat is all good and pregnant!”
I turned toward the familiar voice.
“Ethan!”
Ethan Brinks stood there grinning, looking just as handsome as I remembered.
“Hey, Ethan! Yeah, who knew? One day I looked down, and there it was. A belly.”

Ethan busted up laughing before pulling me into a careful hug.
“Damn, girl. Look at you.”

“That's an understatement.”
I smacked his arm.

Mom came forward, smiling.
