"Welcome back, Mom!" I cried out as I ran towards my mother and threw my arms around her. My mother just laughed before returning my hug. She probably thought that I was happy to welcome her back, but she probably had no idea that at that moment that I felt like the savior that I had been waiting for for such a long time had finally arrived. With George and my mother back, that meant that I no longer had to live alone with Rowan in the very large mansion.
"Welcome back," Rowan said from close to me. I hadn’t realized when he had gotten so close to me, but I decided to ignore him.
