The longer I stood there talking to Noah, I could see that Carter was getting more and more upset. I was getting more and more upset. I eventually just had to grab Carter’s hand and push past Noah so we could get out of there. He was starting to cause a scene. A lot of people were gathering around to watch, and most of them were kids from school. He didn’t care if he made a scene, but I cared if he was going to drag Carter into something that he wasn’t involved with. He didn’t deserve that. Carter and I managed to get away with Noah following us and we ended up at the park, where we sat at a table to calm down a bit. “I am really sorry about that. Noah just can’t accept the break up.” I said. “It’s alright. I can understand that.” He said, looking at me. It actually made me smile
