Ruby was a lifesaver. I was parched, and I think I drank three coffees, gulping the first and going back for two more. I lived on coffee, fuel for my brain. I did eat one muffin, but when I am in the zone, food is the last thing I want; coffee and more coffee keep me going.
The only problem was I now needed the bathroom.
But I didn't want to leave the room.
Ruby saved my bladder, and we were all calling it a night.
That call couldn't have come soon enough.
I want to consummate my marriage; I have had that thought hit me a few times during the night, wasting my time at work, when all I wanted to do was play.
I bet that was high on Demetri's mind too.
