Sleep was perfect. Waking up in Gunner's arms was nice, too, and breakfast was tasty; the service was excellent.
What more could a girl want while finding herself?
The ride home was better than the ride out; the sunrise was gorgeous. I enjoyed feeding Gunner and sharing the water; it was another new experience that added to the enjoyment. I loved that I could talk to him. Gunner said he would need to change stations to talk to his men if a red light appeared on his intercom. I wasn't concerned if he had to leave me outside the channel; he still had to work while I sat and enjoyed the view, the wind, and the nature that ran through the shrubs.
We made it back quickly; it felt quicker than when we went. Mind you, I wasn't looking around for a drone that might be in the sky.
