The ride was educational and exciting. I love that Gunner was happy to explain places of interest and some of the local tourist attractions. Having lived in this area all his life, he had firsthand experience; as a group, they have explored the region thoroughly. Oddball, Scrubs, Hacker, and a few others were a small, close-knit group, going to school together and having each other's backs.
The scenery became familiar, and it was way too soon; we were pulling up at the hospital.
