The move was happening fast.
Cora announcing her engagement was expected, but I didn't know when; you could see it in Xavier's eyes.
Xavier, I hadn't expected that.
It suits him.
Moving to my home was a dream come true; I'm still amazed that Cora phoned me and started to reunite. I have Ruby, to some extent, to thank for that, and Xavier, both encouraged Cora to get in contact and hear my side of the story. Then they agreed to join our club, which made my dream complete.
"Cora, I own the property next to my house. How about you move in there so you still have your independence, yet you're close enough to visit often? Also, I have some of my business I want you part of; you will own it all one day, unless we sell it beforehand. Have you thought about what you want to do?
