During the day, King Dominic and Samlael, along with several other elven warriors, have tried to convince me to spar with them. There’s another Alpha wolf here who is past his prime, Alpha Christopher. He’s the father of Queen Anastasia, King Ailduin’s mate and, I found out, he mated to a sprite and has four sprite daughters who are mated to four leprechaun brothers. He also wanted to spar with me to test his strength against mine.
I’d finally given in and taken on Alpha Dominic first. He’s the one who encouraged me to believe in Queen Lily. Doing so had given me a life I never expected to have again. When you live so long with constant pain, suddenly being free of that pain makes you feel years younger and like a huge weight has been lifted off you.
