We were all seated in Sabel and War's office, awkward tension thick in the air. Giovanni was sitting in one chair, War was on another with Sabel on his lap, and Pax and I were on the sofa, me as far away as possible from the don. Cutter and Whip were present, both of them standing in the background just in case things took a wrong turn. I was surprised that none of Giovanni's men were present though.
"Where would you like to start, Bimba?" Giovanni broke the silence. "Perhaps with business? Hmm, War, what do you think?"
"We're not discussing business," Sabel said before War got a chance to take a breath. "I said we'd set up dinner."
