"Wait, what?" Sabel asked, confused and frustrated.
I understand the feeling.
I couldn't take my eyes off Jayde though. This all felt like a cruel joke. She played me. The first woman I ever loved, and she was playing me the whole time. Did she learn that from Sorsha's mother?
"She looked like she knew exactly what she was doing," Psych said. "The fact that she was even able to break into my room should tell you something."
"Are you sure the invention's destroyed?" Sabel asked.
"Yeah, I saw it," Lux replied gently. "Everything was in pieces."
"I think we should move past the broken invention and start asking this little snake some questions," Psych said.
