I wanted to ask, but I don't think Sorsha has the answers. I doubt she'd be here begging for help if she did. I should still ask, still try to get whatever information that I can from her. I wanted to. I knew I should have. But she just seemed so grateful that someone was listening to her, I found it hard to interrogate her at the moment. The way Sorsha thanked me just for listening and offering a bit of help didn't sit right with me. I hated the tears that filled her eyes. The relief she felt was visible and sent a jolt of anger through me. Not at her. At whoever made her feel like all hope was lost, whoever had brushed her concerns aside.
