"Now, you be a good girl all day and listen to your sister-in-law, Missy Mischeif," War said teasingly as he locked the cuff around my wrist. He was talking to Sabel, obviously. She looked like she would have attacked him if she wasn't attached to me. I almost want to tell her to go for it.
"You keep going this way, big brother, and I'm not sure that I'll have a sister-in-law," I told him.
War's eyes flickered towards me for a moment before settling back on Sabel.
"Think I made it pretty clear that she's got no choice in the matter."
