The happiness, pride, and lust that shot through me was intense. I kept Naddy wrapped in my arms as I walked her backwards. When the back of her knees hit my bed, I gave her a little shove. She giggled as she plopped down, falling on her back. I kept my eyes on hers as I slowly climbed on top of her, hovering over her. I cupped her cheek as she gripped my shirt under my cut.
"You are everything to me, Nadine. Everything," I murmured right before pressing my lips to hers.
I kept the kiss light for a moment. I didn't want to rush this despite how badly my body was begging me to. Maybe I shouldn't have had that last shot. I'm not drunk, just a little buzzed. It's making me impatient though.
