As soon as Odie made it to my legs, she grabbed onto my pants and helped herself to stand up. She was trying to crawl up my body, making me laugh. I bent down and scooped her up in my arms, tossing her into the air, and filling the room with her adorable giggles.
"Momma's pretty girl," I cooed as I kissed all over her face, making her giggle more.
"God, she's so cute," Es gushed.
"You better put her down before she throws up all over your dress like last time," Saylor warned me.
"I can always change," I replied, squeezing my girl closer.
We were all waiting for Saylor's little sister, Alyssa, to get here. She's going to spend the weekend with us and watch Odie while we go out tonight. Alyssa is a lifesaver when it comes to babysitting and Odie adores her.
